Clever little part that helps keep brake cables and other items out of the way, preventing distracting shadows on the trail as you ride. Simple attachment to the bottom of the Trail Evo.

This thing does as it is advertised but it feels like a cheap 3D printed part. Time will tell if it holds up. Pray for me.
No need to pray, it's covered under warranty if it does fail somehow, even crash damage, so long as you are kind and honest with us.
That said, it is a 3D printed part, that doesn't make it cheap. It's laser sintered nylon 11, specifically chosen because it has similar properties to PP we would use in injection molding, and the SLS process makes it quite homogeneous so you don't have strength/adhesion issues in the Z-axis of the print plane. We print them because the geometry is funky, making a mold more complicated than we'd like, and that allows us to iterate the design whenever we feel like it based on customer feedback and data, so the version you have is revision 12 of the original design, without having to make mold changes. At any rate, it'll survive and bend and work well for you. If it doesn't for any reason, you email us and we fix it immediately.

This cable manager is perfect and exactly what I needed. I was having issues with cables getting caught on my light and locking bars in really tight switch backs. That issue has been solved with this and cables don't get caught and also stay out of the light beam. The material is a really flexible plastic type which seems like it should last and wont break in a crash. Would definitely recommend if you are having issues with cables getting caught up!!
Works as advertised, but feels very fragile. We'll see how it holds up.
My friend 3d prints one he designed that feels stronger and it uses the other screw holes to keep it lined up. I bought this to compare.
