This adapter will allow for Portal to be mounted on the handlebars using the Outbound Quick Release Handlebar Mount (sold separately).
Using an M2 hex key, it is possible to swap the mounting point on Portal for the handlebar mount with ease.

Works perfectly and is a super simple swap. Wish it came in the box with the portal but whatever.
Will use for easy on/ off on the go adjustment of helmet light. Will also use to have portal light as back up in case trail evo runs out of battery.
I primarily purchased for night MTB riding . But now that it dark when I walk my dogs I found that the Portal light works great when mounted to my GoPro hardness - hand free dog walking now and much better than a flashlight!!!
But night riding with both Trail-Evo and now the Portal it’s like daylight on the trails. No more wires!
Also looking forward in trying the Portal on my Road bike ..

Needed to mount the new Portal Helmet light on a handlebar mount. Quick and easy single screw change out between adapters. Increases the versatility of the light. Fit perfect so no complaints.
