I was looking for reasons to give a 1 star review. I couldn’t complain about shipping, because fast shipping and FedEx had it on my doorstep in no time. It didn’t come fully charged so I could run right out and ride, but it also wasn’t dark yet so I may as well charge it myself. It doesn’t have any warning stickers on it about it getting hot, and it definitely gets warm, but I didn’t burn myself. It is a bit like looking into the sun, but the light is amazing. As soon as it got dark I ran out and did 5 miles on a local trail and I’m beyond happy. I love night rides, but not the tiny spotlight beams most lights provide. No such issue here. It really improves the ride and confidence on obstacles when you can clearly see them and the light is bright enough to enable good depth perception. On all accounts, this light set is awesome. It is also expensive. But I’m happy it’s made in the USA and supports an American company. The quality and made in the USA make it a product I’m glad to own.

New to night riding
I spent a fair amount of time reading reviews and “best lights” articles from the inter webs. For me the purchase came down to what I perceived to be the best product for the money through a company that seemed to really care about getting it right. My intuition is far from infallible but when I listen closely, and get it right, shouldn’t I brag about it? I think so. I got it right. I love these lights. You will too. Great product from a great company.

Rock Solid Mounting
A good light isn’t so good if it’s bouncing up and down on all the time. That’s why we made a bolt-on clamp mount for Evo. It’s solidly locked to the bar and the beam won’t shake around like lights with rubber strap mounts do.

Thermally Engineered
